Species seen on the wildlife site

To a casual observer the Wildlife Site may appear to be a group of empty fields but to those who look very carefully there is a variety of interesting and beautiful things to be seen here.

All of the species referred to on this website have been recorded, at various times, on or immediately adjacent to the wildlife site at Downlee Lodge. All of the photographs were taken here. More detailed biological records for some of the species are available on request.
