The brightly coloured Comma (Polygonum c-album), with its "ragged" wing edges and characteristic white mark on the underside of the wing, is seen occasionally in Downlee Lodge garden and around the Wildlife Site hedgerows and wooded field corners W1 and W3, from June to September.
